A Special Treat for #ChampagneDay from Lazenne - A Free Bottle of Champagne!

October 16, 2015

Only a few days before the whole world celebrates #ChampagneDay. On Friday, October 23rd people across the globe will be popping corks to celebrate this magnificent bubbly and the good things in life in general.

To celebrate our first Champagne Day at Lazenne we have decided to do something incredibly cool for our customers. We have teamed up with Champagne Manchin Pascal and will be including a bottle of their amazing Cuvée Tradition Brut with every purchase of our 12 or 15 bottle Wine Check luggage from now until the end of October 23rd!* Yes, you are reading this correctly - a free bottle of Champagne from a truly talented producer absolutely free. *The only bummer is that due to legal restrictions, we can only extend this offer to purchases that will be shipped within the European Union.

Champagne Pascal Manchin is located in the UNESCO designated village of Les Riceys in the Côte des Bars region of Champagne. Fred, Pascals oldest son, has recently taken over the family-run Champagne house and he exudes tremendous passion for the art of wine making. We loved every single cuvée we tried, including the Brut Tradition you'll get a chance to try yourself! Champagne Manchin only produces 20,000 bottles per year, which is an absolute drop in the bucked compared to the big Champagne houses. It also provides some of its grapes to Moët & Chandon from its vineyards in the Côte des Bar. This is truly a unique opportunity for you to taste their work as it is not exported outside of France. This is exactly the types of wines to be taken home in the Wine Check luggage - rare gems that you will simply not have a chance to try outside of the region they are made in.

Here is what you have to do to receive your free bottle of the greatest bubbly on earth:

  1. Visit our online shop and purchase our rolling wine luggage specifically designed to transport your wine or champagne on the airplane. You can choose from one of the two models we have available (12 bottle version for larger Champagne-type bottles and 15 mix bottle version).
  2. All Lazenne Wine Luggage purchases made between now and October 23 will contain a bottle of Champagne inside the wine carrier.
  3. Share your #ChampagneDay Lazenne experience by sharing a photo with us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or wherever your heart desires. Tag it with the hashtag #CheckThatWine and #ChampagneDay

Remember, if you are a wine lover travelling to Europe we can quickly ship you a Wine Check to your hotel so you can take advantage of the fact that you are in the old wine world and bring back some amazing wine home.
